Our aim is to make the return and exchange process simple and fair, while also ensuring that returned items meet the necessary conditions for quality control and resale standards.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item should generally meet the following requirements:

All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your request is processed.
If the requested replacement item is no longer available, you may choose to:
- receive a full refund
- receive store credit
- select an alternative product of similar value
If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, the customer will need to pay the price difference before shipment.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Aflrycosh is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Non-Returnable Items

- clearance or final sale items
- customized or personalized products
- items that have been used or modified
- products returned without original packaging

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has already been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be canceled. In that case, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned because an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
In some situations, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost and any applicable return handling fees.
